How To Publish Content Every Day Without Getting Exhausted
Here Is The Solution
What’s stopping you to publish content every day?
You Don’t have enough time?
You don’t have enough motivation?
You don’t have enough energy to work?
Or, you’re afraid of being judged by people?
Nope! all these come after a big factor. The Big one.
The one thing — IDEAS.
The main reason you don’t publish content every day, because you don’t get enough Ideas every day.
Am I right?
Think about it, you have enough time, enough motivation, you’re not afraid of being judged by people, But... you don’t have the IDEAS.
And when You don’t get ideas, you can’t write anything, and when you can’t write anything, you can’t publish anything every day.
Make sense?
So, how you can get ideas that will help you to create content on a daily basis?
In this post, I'm going to share with you the exact strategy that I use to get ideas and publish posts on a consistent basis.
So Let’s Talk —
1: Read Books
Books are my top source of generating ideas.
I read books each day at least for two hours. It doesn't matter whether I read fiction or non-fiction, I enjoy both — a lot.
I’m a firm believer that books are so powerful. We get ideas of people who have had archived some sort of success in their life (that’s how they became authors), and the book teaches us what others don’t.
My majority of ideas come from great non-fiction and writing books.
My Favourite Books —
- The Art And Business Of Online Writing — Nicolas Cole
- On Writing — Stephen King
- The Elements Of Style — William Strunk Jr. and E. B. White
- Rich Dad Poor Dad — Robert Kiyosaki
- The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A f*ck — Mark Manson
- Atomic Habit — James Clear
- Show Your Work — Austin Kleon
- Steal Like An Artist — Austin Kleon
2: Talk To People
It doesn’t matter whether you talk online or offline.
When you talk to people, you get a chance to know their perspectives, thoughts, beliefs, problems, and most importantly their own ideas. I do believe talking to someone virtually is less effective than talking to a person real In a physical movement.
Period.
3: Meditate
I meditate for 7–10 minutes per day.
Not only for getting ideas but mediation is for your mental health, calmness, and peaceful mind. When you meditate you feel, calm, peaceful, mindfulness, and your brain works better than when you don’t meditate.
That’s how you get new ideas Instantly.
4: Breathe and Relax
Do nothing, just breathe.
Distracts or puts yourself away from the phone, laptop, and your all tech gadgets. Sit down and just breathe for a few minutes, trust me, the feeling you get will be incredible. Listen to your breathing, feel it, and just relax for minutes or hours.
Don’t worry about ideas, it comes along the way.
5: Warm Up And Exercise
It’s a great way to charge your subconscious mind.
When you do exercise, you burn the energy, which forces the brain to work your enzymes and body faster, thus you feel more energetic.
Your physical health is correlated with your mental health.
The more effort you put into your physical health the better results you get in your mental health.
Mental health — Ideas.
6: Go For A Long Walk
You know it.
Exercising, warming up, and going for a long walk, are the parts of your health, and when you work on these things, it automatically corrects your mental health, brain, and conscious and subconscious mind.
Go for a long walk, observe the things that happen around you, and think about the things, why, how, and when (Etc) they are happening.
Win your mind.
7: Watch Youtube Videos And Movies
Ok, let’s come to the digital segment.
Watch videos.
Nope! I'm talking about shit videos that are published on youtube and the OTT platforms. Watch the great Netflix series or the video on youtube that have millions of views. You don’t know when they can spark ideas in your mind, You have to notice the things when you do them.
Don’t just watch. Obverse.
My favorite YouTubers —
- MrBeast
- Matt D’Avella
- Beter Ideas
- Ali Abdaal
- Niklas Christle
- David Perell
- Dan Koe

8: Listen Podcasts
I am obsessed with podcasts these days.
Sometimes, I straight listen podcasts for 3–4 hours without doing other work. This is how I take a chance to get insight from like-minded people or from the person who has accomplished success in their lives.
I learn from them and take note of their words.
Period.
My favorite podcasts —
- Impaulsive — Logan Paul
- The Joe Rogan Experience — Joe Rogan
- The Garvee Audio Experience — Garry Vaynerchuk
- Deep Dive With Ali Abdaal — Ali Abdaal
- The Tim Ferriss Show — Timothy Ferriss

9: Read Blogs And Articles
I'm not talking about Medium self-help stories.
As you know medium is riddled with self-help and “How I made $$$” stories, which I don’t like anymore.
I do read Medium articles, only if the article headline is teaching me something new, otherwise I never click.
I’m talking about the great blogs and articles that are available on the internet. Try to make habit of reading popular websites (not news) in your niche and domain. Trust me when you read them, you get so many ideas from them.
My top reading blogs on the internet.
- justinwelsh.me
- perell.com
- ship30for30.com
- thedankoe.com
- copyblogger.com
10: Use Twitter
Twitter is loaded with so many new ideas.
Most people think Twitter is for big celebs and politics, but that’s not true anymore.
I also used to be that, I was thinking, Twitter is not for me as a writer, and this is how I installed and uninstalled Twitter 17 times on my phone. But now I know the potential and power of Twitter.
Follow your favorite creators on Twitter, steal their ideas, learn from them. and Mute some words, which you don’t like.
Simple as that.
My favorite creators on Twitter —
- Justin Welsh
- Nicolas Cole
- Dickie Bush
- Dan Koe
