I've written this story for myself, I'm working on a new project and I'm struggling with niche, but this story gives me clarity on what I should be doing to choose the niche.

And the answer to your question: It depends on what you'd like to call a "Skill" because as far as I have done, you certainly don't need any skill to write about a monetizable topic.

For instance, I write about Medium Growth Writing, but when I started writing about this topic, I didn't know anything about Medium Growth, all I did was share the things I learn and the stuff that works.

And guess what, it worked. People valued my advice and I made money doing that.

The same thing I'm tryna doing with the new project. Hopefully I succeed.
