Indians vs Americans
The lifestyle and cultural difference
“Call your mom, she misses you!”
I first read this phrase from an American writer on Twitter. But I couldn’t understand why he was saying that. However fast forward to today, I truly understand why he said that and what he meant. In America, parents live far from their kids, which is just the opposite in India.
One of the many reasons why I’m writing this story!
I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of Indian vs. American cultures. You won’t believe there was a point in my writing journey when I was thinking of starting a page about “Indian and American culture” on Twitter (Now X) and building an audience around it.
Although I can’t exactly remember what made me not do that.
But I firmly believe comparing and finding out the difference between these two countries — what makes them special and unique on their own — gives an overarching view of how the world truly is and what is possible.
As an Indian, I’m familiar with Indian culture and lifestyle. But I have never been to the USA nor do I have real-life experience with Americans. Therefore, I’ll share what I’ve observed, learned, and seen on the internet.
