Getting 100 followers on medium becomes easier than ever, as Medium is growing rapidly it also helping writers to achieve cross the 100 followers within a week or even a day. (not joking!)
Medium is one of the best platforms to write in public. For me medium is the #1 social blog to write in the open world, there is no other better than the medium for me, I know there are thousands of others out there but — Medium is Medium.
If you’re a beginner writer on medium, if you don't know anything about Medium — what story is, what tags are, newsletter, curation, and publication just don’t bother to learn. Because these are the basic things on Medium you have to know these things before even you write a signal piece of content on medium.
Having some followers on the list gives me the motivation to write daily, I think in a way that if I have a following on my list I have to serve them with useful content as much as I can. I Never wanted that I’m giving time to write useful content that nobody found — that was not my DREAM.
Other than that getting 100 followers on Medium is not as hard as you think.

Because I knew it could boost my followers if posts would get more views organically, and happened the same. This post got me almost 40 to 50 followers within 3 days as this post went viral with 248 claps of 100+ views.

2: Follow For Follow Method
I did it.
I want my 100 followers ASAP. Because I didn't want to waste my precious time on getting followers ( as I believe in quality content rather than quantity) I follow almost 30 to 40 people and half of them followed me back within 24 hours.
I was thinking if they will follow me back or not. But they did, how good medium writers are…..sick.
If you want to get followers fast, this is the faster way to go, People follow back if you follow them from your side firstly, also it is a win-win situation for both of you.
3: Engaged With Other Medium Writers
Most importantly I did engage( and I’ll) with the other writers to comment on their posts and clap on their articles because this is the best way to make a better relationship with other writers on the platform.
And trust me this was the best thing I have ever done.
If you write useful and genuine comments on other writers' posts they will surely reply to you as they did me. It also boosts your profile visibility and helps to get your post viral.
4: Post Quality Content
And not but least, I believe in quality content as I said to you before, I didn't want to focus too much on gain followers I did post quality content every day simultaneously i was working on gaining a following.
Think about it.
If your post would not be helpful to readers, why will stick with you? Why they would read your garbage content and waste their valuable time?.
Learn the writing skill, master the craft, that's the only thing you have to do.
