How does it feel when you finally finish your writing and hit publish?

It feels so relaxed. It feels like some of the most important burdens have been removed from your shoulders. But at the same time, you also feel motivated to repeat the work and keep the process going.

You feel motivated when you get things done. The feeling of getting things done is so amazing. And that’s why I believe if you want to keep your motivation high, keep the work going.

You feel demotivated or uninspired because, in the past, you didn’t get anything done, which makes it hard for you to start the momentum again.

If that’s the case then why do we work every single day…but there comes a day when you wake up, get to work, and then you see that you’re lacking inspiration and motivation. What happened all of a sudden? Yes, it has happened to me many times, many times. But I have the answer to it.

That happens because in those moments you start to compare yourself to other people — the people who, work at similar things as you do, but have achieved more than you. This makes you feel jealous and you feel demotivated and uninspired to get anything done. It’s as simple as that.

But, not comparing yourself to those people can be an easy hack to keep going on your journey. You’ll feel more inspired and motivated along the way. If you always want to feel inspired, just get things done.

What keeps you going?
