Consistency Doesn’t Guarantee Success

Let me prove this by telling you a story

Consistency is overrated.

Ever wondered why many people — regardless of maintaining consistency don’t see any success in their work? It’s because consistency is the route to success, but it doesn’t guarantee it.

Consistency has very little to do with its process, and a lot more to do with the person who’s consistent at the work. Results come from based on what the person is doing with that consistency.

Sound deep? Don’t worry!

I can prove this to you by telling you a story about one of my friends. But just for the god sake, pray that he doesn’t read this story, by any chance!

So there is a guy I hang out with, occasionally. Although I’m not a close friend to him, neither he is to me. Said differently, we are just casual friends.

Oh, that was an unnecessary detail…come to the point, Har!

So he started making YouTube videos, I precisely remember it was, in Sep 2021 — assuming he would be a big YouTuber in no time. Didn’t happen!

He creates gaming videos, mostly short videos on YouTube, and he’s been doing it for the last 3 years (Can say?) And do you know how much process he has made in the last 3 years?
